    so what is WeMITTS ???

    I'm new to this whole forum I have 6.4 stones to lose and I just started the Cambridge diet (815 calories/ a day) and don't know if it's my best option , any way I just read the forum name "A lot of weight to lose? then join the WeMITTS" which really interested me so can some one tell me what is this WeMITTS is?
    week 1 (-7 lb)

    week 4 ?
    week 5 ?
    week 6 ?

    The WeMITTS stands for We mean it this time...it is a commitment not to put back on the weight you have lost.

    It stands for We Mean It This Time . It means exactly what it says - whether we've tried other diets, it's our first time after thinking about it for a while or we simply want to cut down after realising we've a lot to lose - we're all here to lose weight and we realise we'll all be here a while and that we don't want to have to pile it back on afterwards and fight again.
