    June challenge

    Well May challenge is nearly over a nd lots of us have worked hard to get some losses on the board. Thought we could start thinking about June...

    For me I would like to lose 7lbs but I am also committing to clean eating again now my holiday is over!

    Anyone else want to join me? I find if I'm only thinking a month at a time it is doable and I would love to start my training in September a couple of stones down!

    Won't be a full stone though I'd like to make it a round number so may go to 23st7lb as the target (though that is still 12lb right now ) we'll see at the end of this week

    Typically the TOTM bloat has happened and there's been an increase so I won't be losing any more for the May one come weigh in on Monday (may even be a gain because of the monthly curse!) so I'm going to aim for 10lb rather than the full 14lb. Fingers crossed and good luck to all
