    I'm back...again!

    Ok so,vlast year I lost 4 stone and felt great. Then I stupidly put it all back on. Recently started again and I've lost 13.4lb. Just find it so depressing to what I had lost. Anyway it's a new start. My starting weight was 19st 9.8 I am now at 18st 10.2. My target is 11st eventually but my first mini target is 2 stone more by 27th July when I am being an assistant choreographer for 2 weeks. Still going to be a fat dancer but hopefully not as fat. You guys helped me so much last time. Really hope I can do it again. X

    I dance 3/4 days a week. I know it's food that's my problem. So it's time to fix that. I'm doing slim fast because I don't need time to cook in my chaotic life. X
