Help needed please!

Hello, I haven't been on here for a while as I've been so busy but I've stuck to my plan rigedly. Things were going really well, I've been eating very healthy, sticking to a 1400 a day calorie intake and was losing weight. But over the last two days I've put on a lb each day. Why!!
I've been walking loads, drinking loads, but I know that over these last two days I have been, sorry tmi, weeing as much and I know I haven't eaten more than 100 calories a day just because I haven't been hungary.

Since January I've gone from 21 stone 1 to 17 stone 8 but now its gone up to 17 stone 10. I feel a little down if I'm honest.

If anyone can help me, give me any tips or point out where I've gone wrong I would be extremely happy.

Thank you

Hi lovely,
Congrats on your weight loss so far :)

Your calorie limit sounds far too low that your body has started to rebel against it (though weighing daily is not great as it does fluctuate). Have you worked out your bmr/maintenance level as you need to have it right for you :)

BMR Calculator - Metabolism Calculator (Basal Metabolic Rate)

A rough calculation for your weight (261lb) /activity level/height seems to be: (i estimated your age at 30 as I can't see it in your profile - hope that's ok! I also used 1.55 for moderate exercise so age/exercise level will change the details)

Your bmr is roughly 1900
your maintenance level is 2945
So I'd really be eating at 1900/2000 calories a day.

You may find at first that you put a tiny bit on (water weight) as you start, but it should help you start to lose again :)
