    5.5 stone to lose

I've just started Cambridge WP today after 3 years of slowly piling on the lbs. I lost 7.5 stone about 3 years ago on Lighterlife but didn't really focus on the maintenance part or fully engaged with the reintroduction of conventional food. I wish I had now...!

Looking to lose 5.5 stone and need to stick to it this time. I tried going back onto Lighterlife for a bit but found myself frustrated at my counsellor's repetitiveness and lack of 1-1 time. I also tried exante and felt terribly weak despite continuing thru to kerosis.

I am unhappy with my weight and need to stick to this so any support is greatly appreciated. I look forward to sharing my successes and losses with you all.

All good thanks! End of day 3 and am feeling ok...!

I get the thing every now and then where I think about the fact that I won't be eating food for the next 5 months (at least) and I feel a bit glum..... But I am doing what I need to do, to get to where I want to be!

    How are you guys?

Be for looking at it like that lovely, it might be worth to only buy say... a month to make sure it works for you so it's not so overwhelming if you haven't done it before. If you hate it as much (some of the packs of one of the diets, I can't remember which it was exactly, is apparently inedible and tastes like chemicals.) you won't have lost as much money or feel compelled to throw it in?

I know what you mean but I only buy my packs on a weekly basis.

I have done Lighterlife before, for 7.5 months and was good on that. I just found it difficult to return to but think that wasn't helped by my LL counsellor!
