    Current BMI: 47.5
    Goal BMI: 27.9

    Total Weight Loss: 3st9lb
    Weight to Lose: 9st7lb

    Thumbs up Christmas: WeMITT Weight Goals



    There are currently 142 days until Christmas which works out at less than 5 months or just over 21 weeks.

    Pretty much everyone must have a goal or even an idea of what weight they'd like to be by Christmas and I wonder if we can gather that extra bit of support from each other here by trying to keep ourselves motivated and keep pushing each other through.

    So. Do you have a goal to be a certain clothes size? A certain weight bracket? An ideal weight? Lose a few more inches? Maintain until Christmas?


    Personally I'd like to enter Christmas week (18th December onwards) by being 20 stone or under. (Preferably under ) I'd also like to not put on a great deal over Christmas too whereas before I'd bang at least a stone on over the period (all of a fortnight!) by just eating crap... and that crap would last into the new year as we'd have bought so much so there'd be no new year weight loss goal kept to...!

    I'd like to be 4 stone lighter by Xmas so 56 for me please x
