    A 100 DAY Welsh Yo-yo.

    Hiya all I am about to look for a new WW group locally I have yoyo'd between s/w and w/w dabbled in a juice plus detox, dipped into a little 5:2 here and there and that really is since February ok I have last a stone since I rejoined S/W so am no heavier or lighter than new year but I am 2nd week into a 6 week countdown in S/W and really really do not want to go back I have made a huge array of fab friends there over last few years I love the consultant but I feel my life is completely revolving around S/W again my mother in law goes 3 times a week to do the shop so its constant chatter of S/W but deep down I really have gone off the food the cooking the prep, I have a problem tho I really am not to fussed on the local leader of the weight watcher group down the road so I don't know whether to go further afield and look for another or just suck it up and rejoin and make the most of local group... the draw of being able to eat normal foods again is winning hands down.

    Anyway I am today and for last 2 weeks been stuck at 20st11lb I have 90% been on plan with slimming world and scales just aren't budging so I think this really is the final nail in the coffin for me... So I am starting W/W plan today and seeing if I can budge the scales down by Thurs am and then I will rejoin locally if I can stomach it..

    - Y is everything in life such a chore apart from eating a topic lol

    I have just over 100 days until I go to Eurodisney I am not setting myself any stupid goals just aim to be slimmer and back to walking daily again.

    I have 18 pp left as have 40 a day I have naughtily used a fair few on choc and crisps today but will soon stop this nonsense lol

    Brek- 60g all bran - 6pp, measured out 200ml milk for coffee n cereal so 3 = 9/40.

    Lunch- 1 wm bread 3, half a tin of beans 4, 2 fish sticks 1 17/40

    Tea-potatoes parsnip peas carrots and bisto il count 12 as not a huge amount of anything 29/40

    snacks-pack of velvet crunch 6, a plum and a peach. a value bar 2.2 tesco sausages 39/40

    Well after 2 weeks solid of being on plan with slimming world the scales didnt move an ounce within 36 hours of being on plan with ww I'm down a pound that says it all really as I haven't really drank lots either last 2 days ...

    Work today so
    brek- all bran 6, milk for day 3 --9/40
    lunch-a tin of mulligatawny soup 5 and 2 slices of wm bread 4 and an orange.18/40
    tea-jacket potato,chicken chargrill phili and salad 13 pp=31/40
    snacks-packet of go ahead biscuits with coffee in work 5ppfor whole pack. velvet crunch 2 and 2 crabsticks 1 =8

    going to stick to my 40 pp a day then once I have rejoined I will have 47 to hopefully avoid any binges..

    39/40 il have some melon later if needed x

    Well the scales are continuing to drop, so this has changed my mind completely I will def be sticking to w/w plan I am still undecided about group or weighing with hubby and saving the cash which I spend in group by the time I have paid for class mags bars etc that would really pay for my fruit n veg hamper I have weekly next class group is Thurs am for ww so still got some thinking time...

    Monthly plan is only 10 for the first month at the moment. Why not try class for a bit and see how you get on? I don't like my leader but having a reliable set of scales and knowing I've got to weigh is keeping me on track x

    Hiyas im going to sort of duck n dive between cal counting and ww til end of hols and decide about joining then, im going to weigh in with Andrew weekly im undecided may do a fri or sat am my scales are identical to sw and a pound heavier than ww so. Im not against paying for clubs but when I think of how much I've spent for last 50 weeks and actually gained 12lb im so hacked off so going to pay hubby to weigh me lol. Il decide in sept then if I need or want to join x

    Im not going to lie ive tried hundreds of times to give up the scales and im fine for a few days even relieved but by 6th day im a nightmare to live with I crawl the wall like a junkie and go into a terrible depression but although I weigh daily I will just take weigh day reading on books... I know im odd lol

    Today has been a good day for one thing I haven't had a soaking !!!

    Brek 50g- all bran choc -5, milk for day 3, and an orange.
    lunch-BOMBAY bad boy pot noodle - 10
    tea-warburton brown thin 3 2 eggs 3 mushrooms half a tin of beans 4 and a piece of watermelon.
    snack-cappucino 2 this does only come to 30/40 pp but does come in at 1600kcals I am keeping an eye on cals this last part of week too as I think this is def the way I will end up slimming... drunk at least 2 litres going to try another 2pints before bed...

    I now have to decide what day I am going to weigh on Saturday am is what I have for a long while but thinking about changing it too either a Friday or a Monday hmmm.

    Thursday morning- Washing is momentarily on the line, I am aiming for 1600kcals again today but avoiding pot noodles lol, day off today and waiting for a friends Avon delivery to turn up as she is on hols, hoping it comes soon as need to pop out pottering around with housework and trying to stay busy will be name of the game,

    Brek- 50g all bran 200kcal,milk 150 kcal for the day..
    Lunch-2 warb thins 200kcals, lettuce cuc tomato lettuce onions and ham 150 cake 200
    tea-kipper fillets and a warb thin 475


    snack a curly wurly - 120kcals

    MFP is coming up at 1410 kcals for me seems low but will aim around that for a few weeks n see how I go xx

    I am only 5ft2 so thats prob why if I up it too lightly active its 1690 so if I get hungry I may have another 500 or so but doing ok last few days around this mark, I just text hubby in work and broke the news to him I want him to weigh me instead of going to group at least til kids go back to school and he's fine with it bless him he has told me over and over to knock groups on the head and do it myself as I know exactly what I should be doing sooooooooooo my first goal is 11.5lb off so going to do a ticker if I can remember how that is...

    Hurrah for Friday another week entertaining bored kids in the rain over with, I am sat here freezing but not putting the heating on its blooming August also have only one slipper on as dogs ran off with other one socks and slippers are her fav thing lol

    Haven't got a lot planned today working 4-8 and Nath is sleeping down in-laws as I am being a meany and not going to slimming world, apart from the fact its taster day, go for a meal after club day and sponsored walk day which I don't feel comfortable asking people for sponsors anytime at the mo as everyone is skint so would end up paying 5 for a tshirt plus 20 in sponsor kitty the 50 I have saved will Pay for his shoes from clarks and rest of uniform I need so meany I will stay and weigh with Andrew and stick to my cal counting...If it was working for me and I wasn't under constant pressure to go to groups as my poor 7 year old has practically grown up there and loves it I think I wouldn't think twice about spending the money which is worrying too... Right time to get out in the sun for a walk and do some jobs x
