My name is rani and i have 8 stone to lose. I am a stay at home mum with a young baby. I dont drive so walking is the only excercise i do. I do like walking, cant afford to join the gym since cost and travel problems so am going to start calorie counting sine thats the only diet i know. Slimming world wont work for me since i can eat and never be full.
So am 18 stone and want to be 10 stone. I think i will start on 1700-1800 calories to start with. Dies anyone think thats to many to start with? Anyone is welcome to join me for support and meal ideas etc.
