    Lightbulb Crazy poodle lady a New year a NEW ME

    New start I am going to forgive myself for putting on the ten stone I lost 10 years ago
    a new year a new me
    I am using my fitness pal this time think it will help me a lot as I am on my tablet a lot and it tells me to log food on
    my first mini goal is to get under 21st so I have to lose 9lbs
    Last time I lost weight I did it because family and friends did not think I could do it,
    think that could be why I put it all back on and a stone and a half on top of it
    this time I am doing it for me
    1. For my health - asthma - diabetes - high blood pressure losing weight will help all three
    2 to get clothes I like and not tents
    3. So I can walk my two standard poodles
    4. So I will be there for my grandkids

    this time I will lose it and keep it off
