New start (again) lol

Hi all,

I'll keep it brief because it's probably a post you've all seen beforem many times.

Joined a diet club, lost some weight, thought you could carry diet on alone as 'who needs to pay someone £5 to weight you', got bored, got fat again and repeat and repeat and repeat.

That's my story lol

So, i'm back again, fatter than ever and probabaly a little unhappier.

I have a lot to lose, probably at least 12 st (will find out tomorrow) but really hoping to make better use of this site than previously and make some new friends.

Hiya BBW and how great it is that you've taken the decision to go back to SW. We've got the same loss aim in mind and can egg each other on!

I joined up to SW last Monday and am a bit of a fan already, with my first proper WI tomorrow night. I'm loving the food (apart from tonight's awful dinner - but that was more my non cooking skills lol) and just have to make sure I make time to prepare everything.

Will be right here with you on your loss journey

I definitely find preparation with key with SW, so i will be planning my meals and snack options.

I'm looking forward to spurring each other on and will keep everything crossed for you today, hope you had a good loss given your new found love of cooking

It was good returning yesterday, she remembered me for 5 years ago and was already drilling into me the importance of staying to class and just taking it a week at a time.

So i'm going to read my book, sign up online and download the APP if there is one.

Welcome from another SW fan - I'm doing SW for the first time but like you I've been a repeat offender with losing weight feeling OK and regaining in the past (usually on WW)

I think SW is great & this site is full of amazing inspiration and support

Really happy with my Wk 1 WI - lost 9lbs

And how brilliant that the consultant remembered you - do stay for the class bit, the clapping might seem a bit OTT but it does feel good when everyone is clapping for you
