Thread: 14 stone to lose starting food replacement tomorrow

    Goal BMI: 31.3

    14 stone to lose starting food replacement tomorrow

    Just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so dr suggested food replacement tried everything else !
    So going to start on slim and save then move on to low carb diet
    Any advice or support welcome
    I am
    Not going to get obsessed with weight loss am size 34 now and got a target of size 30 by my birthday in May and will do it like that as can become slave to the scales

    12 week challenge - 12 kilos to lose

    week 3 - unknown but with gain
    Week 4 - 4,5 lbs gain 108.9 kg
    week 5 - -8 lbs 105,2 kg ( New princess was born today and I got my 7,5 stone award. Like my dear Helen said, I will not forget that day )

    Well day one almost done its been ok feeling positive slim and save meals are ok and looking forward to my veg and meal now and still got a bar left for later on

    Going ok . Will get weighed at nurse on Thursday but feel good clothes fitting better and body adapted to less food
    Found weekend tough but just kept busy ,be better when I am back in work as been off sick 12 weeks
