__________________ Start weight 9/6/08 23st 6lb (BMI 49.9) June 2008 = 28lbs lost July (up to 25th) = 19lb lost, 47lb total August 12lb lost (inc 2 week hols) 59lb total 04/09/08 = 8lb lost! If I make it and I really will this time it will be my lowest weight in over 10 years! Here's to it..... Can somebody also explain what CD and SS mean? I am kinda new here and don't get the lingo!
