PS one of the early "posters" ladykeltic, won the Cambridge UK Slimmer of the Year recently.

This is really inspiring to me on the evening of my first day, and makes me feel much better about the fact I feel like i've struggled a bit. I'll remember to keep having a regular look.

To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
To get into a size 18
To lose 3rd stone
To have a BMI lower than 35
To lose 4th stone

That's encouraging. Just started Cambridge today and plan to lose about 7 stone. Notice I say 'plan' and not 'hope'.
