    Must admit..............chocolate seems to be calling and thought I wouldn't get cravings being on low-carb diet, but def want chocolate lolIts good to have mini-goals as they are more achievable and you need the encouragement to keep going that achieving the mini-goals does for us You will do it

    Good luck! I'm also doing the shred, did level 1 today and struggled - hoping thats because I'm still getting into ketosis so no energy burst yet!

    October - Healthy eating (aiming for primal but not quite as strict), lots of exercise!

    If you have a slow cooker you should pick up a book on low carb slow cooker recipes. It's been a life saver for me, because I'm more motivated to cook low carb if I'm using it (I love that thing) and the recipes are really good.
