    Hi all

    Ive been on this diet it's called the 123 diet I found it on eBay and it's amazing it's basicly a low carb diet but not as strict as Akins or duka diet but I've had some amazing loss in 4 days I lost 7 pounds by the end of the week I'd lost just short of a stone.     Thank you im over the moon and im not finding the diet hard at all I seriously feel so healthy to no bloating are any thing x

    The no bloating thing is lovely, normally I'm always bloated. Probably all the bread.
