hi am not sure if this is the right place, but does any one know how many carbs the body burns when doing nothing per hour, ie sleeping etc
No idea! But your muscles burn glycogen, so I wonder if you could take the rough amount burned during work out and divide it by 4 (1g carb has roughly 4 cal). It would be quite an inaccurate measure and probably a pointless calculation but that's all I could think of...
Start weight: 14.9
Jan - May: S&S then low carb -14lbs
June-September: Primal eating / intermittent fasting -19lbs
October - Healthy eating (aiming for primal but not quite as strict), lots of exercise!
Aiming to be under 12 stone for my birthday in November...
Current: 12.4 / body fat 38.8 / waist 37"
