    never heard of it sorry

"Because of your impatience for a quick result you use methods that won't work," said Cai Tok.

Man is unique in placing time constraints on the results he wants in life and, in doing so, becomes restless, rather than still. It is far easier to be patient for something when the outcome of it is certain, because in our certainty, there is less room for anxiety.

Allowing the ego's demands, which are based on fear and impatience, dominate our thinking. It is the ego that insists on having what it wants now by convincing us how much is missing from our life. If its demands are not satisfied it convinces us how unfair life is to us - and conversely if we do satisfy our ego, it will furnish us with another set of demands tomorrow.

Become certain about outcomes whilst simultaneously become unconcerned as to when and how. Becoming internally driven instead of externally influenced means the ego has no influence over you.

Hi my friends a herbalife rep and this is what she does. I tried I tried it for a couple of days I lost 6lb in 4 days but felt constantly sick and dizzy think I might be slightly lactose intolerant. My friend just sets her calories at 1200 adds the shakes then uses the rest up for dinner and she just eats Normal meals really but smaller portions of using low fat ingredients good luck xx

Actually it's far from bring the same principle. Exante is a vlcd and herbSlife is only a meal replacement. Vlcd put you into ketosis and starve you're body. Herbalife doesn't and is nutritionally balanced.

Ephedrine is illegal in the US and we have Herbalife's. That is very surprising they Herbalife uses it, unless just the UK version uses it. Way too many people -- normal, otherwise healthy people -- were dying from it, esp brides-to-be right before their weddings. Very sad.
