    Arrow Supplements...?

Hey everyone, basically Neris & India suggest ("don't attempt diet unless..") buying a bucketload of supplements..

    -including a multivitamin without iron
    -chronium
    -Co-Enyzme Q-10
    -Omega 3
    -Vitamin B Complex

I started looking into multivitamins and it was a minefield of options and price ranges.

I just wondered if anyone could make any recommendations on the above, eg brand, best price etc.

Following low carb we must be getting deficient in a few things, and I don't want to get ill..

    Many thanks,

    Batty x

    Lost 2st,4lbs through low carbing/Atkins between August 2012 & February 2013.
Gained 10lbs falling spectacularly off the wagon through March and April..
And now, following 4 days low carbing - am hitting Slim & Save.
Hurrah for convenience, speed and simplicity!

-including a multivitamin without iron - Holland and Barrett do one which is aimed at over 50 yrs which has no iron, this is the one I use. Its called ABC Senior Plus
-chronium - bought mine from H&B
    -Co-Enyzme Q-10 - again bought mine from H&B
-Omega 3 - if you include linseed in your diet this is a great source of fibre AND Omega 3
    03/2/13 - 11.3

"Because of your impatience for a quick result you use methods that won't work," said Cai Tok.

Man is unique in placing time constraints on the results he wants in life and, in doing so, becomes restless, rather than still. It is far easier to be patient for something when the outcome of it is certain, because in our certainty, there is less room for anxiety.

Allowing the ego's demands, which are based on fear and impatience, dominate our thinking. It is the ego that insists on having what it wants now by convincing us how much is missing from our life. If its demands are not satisfied it convinces us how unfair life is to us - and conversely if we do satisfy our ego, it will furnish us with another set of demands tomorrow.

Become certain about outcomes whilst simultaneously become unconcerned as to when and how. Becoming internally driven instead of externally influenced means the ego has no influence over you.

I take Sainsburys A-Z Multivitamins with minerals (I buy a tub of 90 when they are on buy 1 get 1 free). I also take Sainsburys Omega 3,6,9. I'm also taking until the cold season is out Sainsburys Echinacea. Also if I am around my personal carb limit for the day I will take white kidney bean extract capsules with my meal.
Original start weight was 288lbs. Lost 13lbs on low carb.

Don't know if this is much help to you but Sage is said to be high in vitamin B complex...ever though about adding it to your diet instead of taking a suppliment?
