You could try the 1/2 syn slimming world roulade, it's delish!
100g quark
4/5tbsp sweetener
4 eggs, separated
Vanilla essence
Baking powder (don't have to use it)

Got a really great low carb cheesecake recipe but it's bookmarked on my other comp, will swoop back around when I get home later and post
Mug cakes
1 banana, mashed in bottom of cup
2 table spoon nut butter mix with banana
2 table spoon cocoa powder
1 egg mix all together really well
Add sweetener if you want - honey/ maple syrup
Add chopped nuts if you want
Zap in microwave for 2 mins
Serves 2 not sure of carb count tho

Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
Eat less processed food.
• 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
• Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
• March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
• start walking to school again when weather warms up.
