    Low carb side dish

    Hi,

I'm planning my first low carb day for tomorrow.

After breakfast an lunch i've had 17g carbs.

For dinner i'm having smoked fish, can anyone recommed a low carb side dish to go with my fish?

I'm having greek salad for lunch so dont really want salad again.

    Any suggestions? X

Hi lulu, I like cauliflower cheese with smoked fish- made with philadelphia, cream and cheddar instead of white sauce. If your looking for lower fat then I love roast Mediterranean veg, mushrooms, peppers, courgette and red onion (and/or anything else you fancy), chop up and garlic, s&p a bit of oil and shove in the oven for 40 mins. I also like green beans boiled then tossed in some warm sesame oil and a bit of garlic. Say if none of those are your kind thing I have lots more ideas! Enjoy x
