I had been doing Slimming World, weight loss has been steady(ish) but slooow - so thought i would give cutting out carbs a go.
I started on Monday morning and it's now day 4 and I am still craving bread like you wouldn't beleive, but sticking with it!
I have been feeling really rough the last couple of days, splitting headaches and this morning I've woken up with what feels like a stinking cold, I know headaches can be expected, but haven't heard of it causing a cold and sore throat?! Maybe it's just coincidence. e
I've read that eating more fat helps.
My problem is that I don't eat any dairy - can't stand butter, fullfat milk, yoghurt, cheese, none of it! So how do I get more fat into my diet (apart from eating tons of meat!) And do you think this is a wise diet choice given that I can't eat any of those things, or will I be restricting myself too much?
Any tips?
