Morning all. First time posting on this board. I was trying to follow slimming world...but foundvit was too easy to 'cheat'. I did Atkins a few years back and did really well but didnt maintain it..... so here I am winging my way through liw carb. I am rubbish at weighing and counting I'm afraid so may or may not get things right but so far so good. Started wednesday at 11st 7lb..... and two days later I'm at 11st 4lb ..... am eating chicken.lamb chops. Green beans.broccoli.mushrooms. small amount of veg gravy. Have one coffee in the morning as I'm weaning myself off as I was a heavy coffee drinker! I'm also rubbish at drinking water do I'm drinking diet coke instead.... but need to drink more..... might add a small amount of cheese in a couple of days.... does this all sound ok???
