Diet: Cambridge Diet
Hi sweetie, i have asked a similar question in my thread too because i didnt think we had to drink lots of water on Atkins. I have been doing CD and i know we have to drink alot of water on CD to replace the water that we would get form eating normal food and to help the kidneys to flush out the ketones in our bodies (someone correct me if i am wrong). I think both CD and Atkins are Keotogenic (SP? or is that the word) Diet so i think it would work on similar princliples when it comes to water.

I am sorry i cant be of much help but i'm kinda just thinking off the top of my head with having done CD and thinking of doing Atkins.

I'm sure someone will come along soon with a less complicated reply.

xx
