wowy i didnt think you would make 7 days (I know, great faith and all that) but seriosuly... well chuffed youre sticking with it, think of the health aspect side, your system must be thanking you!

Actually it hasn't be tough at all. I am so SURPRISED at how easy it has been to be honest with you. I think if you really wanted to, you could make it a week! If I can, anybody can. True story.... I am pretty successful in most everything I do, my marriage, my business, my whole life in general, so why not try and be successful in eliminating the unneccesary things I thought I needed daily, because obviously I do not need the sweets like I thought I did! Its pretty much a mental game, no doubt.

I too am a planner, a list maker, and a thinker- my mind is always going 100 miles an hr., so what a COINKIDINK we are similar in these aspects! Its a no wonder we mesh so well. Hey atleast you know yourself, that'd be beyond scary if you did not.
