How to publish my story on cambridge diet website??

Hi, i have been on cambridge diet for over 5 months and had a great weight loss, i have gone from 15st 9lb size20/22 to 10st 10lb size 12 and i am feeling pretty great about it and i want to publish my story on cambridge diet website to inspire people,
i would love to also be entered for slimmer of the year but not sure how to go on about it,
can any body give me info on how i can do this .
