    Hi Apple! I'm addicted to phone games too. And I'm guilty about it. I can sit down for hours and just play PVZ or Angry Birds on my smartphone. :-) When I finally realize, it's not helping my diet plan. I must work out too. I can't depend everything to my diet pill and food plan. Exercise is still the best program that we need to follow. Go get up! Go to the gym and not to the mall's arcade! Lol! Good Luck!
