Lots of people have come to WWs defence. I never had the money to go to meetings and as I know a few people who lost weight through them but gained all and more weight back I was never tempted to join them.

they are so full of it!
never understood why people would pay to basically calorie count your food just because its slightly easier xxxx

Hold on a sec. If you judge WW then you have to judge CWP. All companies are there to make money, weight loss companies are scams only if YOU put on back the weight. Otherwise, they are life-changing businesses!

the difference being that ww doesnt show you how to continue healthily for the future!

Very interesting thread. Of course the weight loss companies are making money, but the consumer has a choice, to purchase or not & if they do purchase & achieve their goal it's money well spent, whether the weight goes back on or not, that person will have felt so much better & pleased with themselves for losing weight. So it's not just about the product it's also about the effect it has on the consumer, IMO![]()
