    Started Paleo/Primal Apr 2012 at 9st 9lbs.Got down to 8st 4lbs October 2012 and have been maintaining between 8st 4lbs-8st 7lbs since.


    If you want it enough you won't keep finding excuses to not do it.

    Lots of people have come to WWs defence. I never had the money to go to meetings and as I know a few people who lost weight through them but gained all and more weight back I was never tempted to join them.

    never understood why people would pay to basically calorie count your food just because its slightly easier xxxx

    Yes and ofcourse SW and cd etc are in it purely for the benefit of members.

    All diet companies are ultimately it for the money not to do us a favour

    Very interesting thread. Of course the weight loss companies are making money, but the consumer has a choice, to purchase or not & if they do purchase & achieve their goal it's money well spent, whether the weight goes back on or not, that person will have felt so much better & pleased with themselves for losing weight. So it's not just about the product it's also about the effect it has on the consumer, IMO
