    One to watch in January 2015 Katie Hopkins A journey to Fat and Back.


    Jackie O has blasted a self-appointed expert who says women who don't lose baby weight are 'lazy'.

    Appearing The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Kiis1065 on Monday, UK TV personality Katie Hopkins used singer Lily Allen, 29 as an example of a woman who had not lose her baby weight fast enough.

    'After she had her baby she did what most mums do, and she kind of went around being lazy and she said, "Oh it's baby weight,"' Katie told the radio show. 'I don't agree with that. It's not baby weight, because the baby's already out. It's just weight.'

    The documentary 'A Journey to Fat and Back' will follow Katie as she deliberately gains around 20 kilos and then loses it, in an attempt to prove her point that being overweight is a choice.

    I read that she was doing this and CANNOT WAIT to watch it! I wonder if she finds it really, really hard? I also wonder if she'll lose it fast then maybe struggle to maintain... or perhaps they won't show that!

    20kg = approx 2 stone and 2 lbs

    Will be interesting to see what she eats and how much walking she does to get the weight off.As she says she is able to maintain her usual 56-kilo shape without expensive gym memberships or special foods, saying she outs on her sneakers and exercises in local streets. Well let see how long it takes her.Of course the camera won't be rolling on her 24/7 so we won't know see what shes eating.

    She looks great, I wonder how much additional weight she has in that photo.

    I hope she softens her attitude after this. I can see her point when it comes to health etc, however a bit of empathy from her would be quite nice for once!
