..... well Diva and Shazza finally got their way and I am listening to Mary J Blige, Reflections!!

Favourite song at the moment is MJB Da MVP because it is a song of a survivor, and I intend to mirror that - this year I am gonna survive it all and make it to where I wanna be!!

Muse - Butterflies and Hurricanes. I used it in class this morning and I find it very motivational. It's the song I was listening to when I decided to train as a fitness instructor. Some of the lyrics, if you don't know the song:

Oh beyond anyshadow of a doubt my favourite and most listened to song is by R Kelly - I believe I can fly, here are some lyrics.

Some wonderful friends of mine engraved a couple of the lines on a mirror when I moved the business out of the home and into our office, it hangs in our meeting room at work! The lines in red and the ones engraved on my mirror!

Wow....there are way too many to mention!!

However, particular favourites are:

When running self development workshops, I usually play Breakthrough by Mary J Blige as the attendees walk in. It has FANTASTIC lyrics....not gonna type them all out but here's a snippet:

"Ain't no telling what you're going through
but we're gonna break through and take you
take you where it feels soooo good!"

Also love Let it Flow by Toni Braxton which is about letting go and just riding the wave of change.....love this one soooo much!

Loads, loads more......and yes I Believe I Can Fly is also on that list!!!
