Thread: SPELT BREAD

Hiya, does anyone know if gluten free bread products are syn free on SW???

Hi, not much help on the SW front but spelt isn't actually gluten free. It's a type of wheat. I think I read that gluten free bread can be substituted instead of standard bread and be used as part of your Healthy Extras. Hope that's some help

Thx, my sisters allergic to wheat and has the SPELT stuff so don't really know much about it tbh! But it was just a thought I had the other day, will pass on the info tho, thx again x

this would be better in the SW section rather than news but it will most definitely have syns like normal bread if you know the brand I can look it up for you see if I can find it.
