    Thanks for posting this - it's very interesting. The catch seems to be that only certain people will benefit greatly from this form of exercise. Sure might be worth trying, though.

    Watched the programme several times as I found it really interesting.. I do 3 lots of 20 second really fast jogging on the spot 2-3 times a week.. It's supposed to keep your metabolism burning for a couple of days.. as much as a full couple of hours workout would do. I do walk and swim.. but its great for in-between days .. Well worth a watch

    This sounds too good to be true but I actually believe it. Have recently started looking into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Now my fitness would not be the best, I just walk for exercise. But definitely think I might start doing my own little routine of walking with a few sprinting spurts thrown in
