Oh I am totally gutted
got to tenth day and was doing great, felt the weight was coming off and didnt feel so bbloated and puffed up. I hadnt weighted myself since being at my sister inlaws a fortnight ago and the scales read 12st 7........... Last night a weighed myself on someone elses scales and the said I had only lost 2lb...... gutted a came home and done the worst thing ever!!!!!!!! ate a family sized bar of chocolate. so gutted as I know that will bring me out of ketosis. has anybody else done this and shoud I just carry onto today as if it never happened ?????????????

Dependent on your age and what type of eating plan you are working to it looks like a blip, we all have em. I sometimes skip a meal and then wonder why weight stays the same. I make the huge mistake of not drinking enough. Don't be hard on yourself too much. We are only human.. Hugs to you.
