Hi first day on slimming world! Am I on right track - doing extra easy had::

breakfast. - Scrambled egg with skimmed milk from heA, lean bacon, tomato


lunch. - Baked potato and beans small side salad with vinegarrete (syns)


dinner. - salad with fat free French dressing chicken breast, new potatoes and batchelors golden veg savoury rice. Asda wholemeal pitta (heB)


muller light yoghurt
