    Help!

    Hello, was Wondering if anyone can help me. I'm 19, and recently I have been bullied over Facebook for my weight. I weigh 10 and a half stone, which has always pretty much been my weight for the last three years. Except February 2012 I went down to 9 stone but that was only because I split up with my boyfriend and as any girl knows that make you lose weight! But I hit the gym hard for 3 weeks straight losing 700-1000 calories a day! I felt really good obviously and slowly put weight back on but now I am again fat! I was size 12 but am creeping slowly up to 14. The people bullying me on Facebook as well were my two ex boyfriends so you can imagine how upsetting this was for! (Sorry to rant on, but that's help me rid a lot of anger!!) so this happened earlier this evening now I've been up all night deciding on which best diet to go on! I am going to do measure up by ASDA I think! It sounds like something I can dedicated too! Can anyone help me? Shed any light? Also, ill still be hitting the gym hard everyday as well! I'm doing this because its about time I start feeling good about myself, and stick two fingers up to my ex boyfriends! Tehehehe. Thanks for ready and I look forward to hearing from you

    You need to diet for you and not anybody else, firstly I'd block these bullies and their friends making your profile private, if these people feel they've had an effect on you by making you loose weight through bully then it will only continue it will only empower them ......what next will they pick on your hair, make up clothes etc. get them out your life first then start eating healthy and exercise for you not them. Martial arts are a great way to build your confidence and self esteem and keep fit and loose weight at he same time, taekwondo wtf style is good as its aerobic exercise and good fun

    Ok, the first thing to lose is the ex-boyfriends! Get rid, you don't need anyone on facebook or in life that bully you!
    Please block them so they can't see you or say mean things to you.

    Secondly, only lose weight because YOU want to lose weight.
    If you are not comfortable with your weight then of course try a diet.

    My advice, my opinion, is to do a diet that you can stay on for the rest of your life, like slimming world or weight watchers. More so a lifestyle change that a diet.

    Just eat healthy and exercise.
