Hey Barb
I had a little search myself (thankyou google

) They sound good. They certainly sound safe
That was my main concern.
I think it's important when you google for this sort of thing, that you search high and low for the bad points. There are so many pages out there that the proactol people have made and paid for, to promote their pills, that it's hard to get a true review.
You're right there is a heck of a lot of advertsing but you can weed through it with patience!
Still, they do sound promising.
I'm very glad you think so; you know how much value your opinion KD.
Did you see this page?
Proactol Review: Does Proactol Work? Think so, TBH I read so many but was mostly interested in the 'unconnected' views. I realise that the makers are very keen to promote them.
Just a few concerns about taking other medication. I know you are on inhalers, and I would be surprised if that comes under the same restrictions, but tablets?? Be warned, you will need to have them at least 2 hours before you take any proactol. That might be a problem? But apart from that, and the bloating that might happen, it may well be worth a try.
Deffo going to have to be organised but am happy to make that effort. Feeling abit demoralised at the mo because of not being able to use my xtrainer, so this has given me a lift.
Oh, and I certainly think that you are more likely to put the weight back on after you finish 'the course'. No more than any other person anyway.
Is there a 'don't' missing in this sentance?
Best of luck with them. Hope they work for you
