I started CD in February 2006 and lost just over 8 stone to reach my target weight of 10 st 6 lbs in December 2006. I'm still maintaining that weight (within a few lbs or so) although would like to get down to 10 stone ideally. I qualified as a Life Coach in October 2006 at around the same time as becoming a CDC, and now combine being a CDC with life coaching to help clients achieve their goals.

I have an Open University degree and am an ex-primary school teacher. Have suffered from stress, anxiety and depression. Also had a divorce and been a single mother. Recent loss of mother who died in Dec 06 and not come to terms with it yet.

Would like to think my own recent personal experiences, plus my knowledge of social issues, substance misuse, CBT and motivational strategies , could help another person and not only myself.

I enjoy a good laugh and admit to being slighty bonkers but of sound mind when things are tough!

I started Lighterlife in Sept 2003, and lost 12stones, which I kept off. Lighter Life really has given me a lighter life

Kinda lost the plot last year and have regained some but am working on getting those extra stones off.

Been on lipotrim since mid November, "I WILL" have lost 5 stone by this sundays weigh in. Just become a single parent though pleased about it. Have 2 boys 13 and 9yrs. Youngest is borderline ADHD, though hoping his anger problems will ease now his role model has left.
I live in the beautiful city of Plymouth, been here for 7 years, originally from Nottingham.
Mum died 8yrs ago, have no contact with dad. And now feel pretty lonely.

Hi Georgiasmum,

While I had no problem with anyone moving back to DH and copying and pasting their posts from here back to there, as this is a service I provided for the week that they were off line...

I would think DH would not approve of you taking your post from them over to here.

But I would be thrilled to bits if You started a new thread here with us.

You could refer to your old thread and use a link to posts on DH that matter to you and that way you have lost nothing, but gained the best of both worlds.

How does that sound to you?

If I can do it...you can.

if you go into the page with a post on it that you like...there will be a link on the top of the page on the bar, where all the icons are...place the pointer/arrow on that and right click your mouse, you will see a panel with copy on one line run the pointer/arrow down or up until it is at copy then left click it....now it is stored for you to paste anywhere you want...when you chose where you want to paste it...point the pointer/arrow at the page...right click and find paste put the pointer/arrow on paste and left click the mouse and it drops it on the page.

Just wanna say what a FANTASTIC team you have onboard.

I love to read everyones advice that you all dish out, It means alot to me when I get replies from people who have lost weight & know what feelings you are going through.

I prefer MiniMins to DH now, I like the way it was before they gave the website a facelift.
