Hi Smurf, looks like you are doing ok – it took me ages to learn how start a new thread and then I posted it in the middle of someone else’s…..oops.
I did the CD diet and lost nearly two stone in about 5 weeks – I think. That was despite being ill and having to sugary cough medicine and having a few breaks.
I had an op 8 weeks ago and have to wait until 3 months post op before I can start again – can’t wait.

Good luck with your weight loss and on the site. I find it brilliant inspirational and helpful.

how do i do my own profile and do my weights on this? many thanks jan x

Hi Smurf, at the top of the page there is blue band with lots of headings in white. If you click on user CP that will take you to all the threads that you have made a comment on. You can edit stuff by clicking on the links down the right hand side. I’ve no idea how to put the fancy icons, tickers or pictures on- some of them are fab!!
