What detox diet

Hi
I need to get myself back on track with food so I was thinking of kick starting it all of with a detox. Does anyone have any good one they have done or any advice.

Hiya. I bought Gillian Mckeith's book and she has a 3 day detox of mainly fruit and veg juices. I haven't tried it, too chicken.
