Fruit and sugar levels.

Hi, I am wondering if eating too many sugary fruits is damaging?
How many if so how many of said fruit?

It's just I have quite a distaste for most veg (not true, just most people don't cook it in a way I like), so to get '5 a day' I would probably be eating a lot of grapes and/or apples.
