Hey all

Hi all im Jennie and found this forum by just researching on t5's and found this really helpful with other ppl in the same boat as myself i have just recently started taking t5's and on my second day and so far so good not sure if i have lost any weight as yet as i am gonna wait til next week to weigh myself, but the tablets seem to be doing what others have said on here appatite is gone and eating less than half than i was previously, feel more energetic now than b4, i have a loads of weight to lose and followin a healthy diet to as well as swimming 3 times aweek, and omg that was hard as i havent been for 8 mths 20 lengths and i had enough mad as i was doin 120 lengths aweek 8 months ago and wow i just let things slip well back to it now and fingers crossed the weight will drop off over the next few months and be good to have the support from others to xx
