Thread: hair loss

Hi Everyone

Excuse the question, im new. I am starting the cambridge diet on the 2nd july and i am desperate to lose the weight before my wedding in jan 08. I am worried i have read that on the diet people have experienced hair loss( i dont want to be a hairless bride!)

Does this happen to everyone or is it an unfortunate few.

If there is hair loss, it may be due to a lack in an essential nutrient. I am not familiar with the Cambridge Diet, but it seems like anything that can cause hair loss might not be the best plan. If you do go ahead with it, it might not be a bad idea to discuss it with your doctor, or at least take a multivitamin to supplement your diet. I'm sorry I don't have personal insight, but I felt like I needed to point out the vitamin thing, just in case. I'm sure you'll be a lovely bride, either way. Congratulations!
