    Current BMI: 34.1
    Goal BMI: 25.2


    Statistics:

    Does anyone know any natural ways to reduce high blood pressure?

    Joined Weight Watchers on 25/02. Time to get serious.

    First target is my 5% (to lose 11 lbs) done 17/03
    Second target is my 10% (to lose 21lbs)

    Week 1: -6lbs
    Week 2: -3lbs
    Week 3: -2.5lbs (5% achieved)
    Week 4: -1.5lbs
    Week 5: -0.5lbs
    Week 6: No change
    Week 7: -2lbs
    Week 8: -0.5lbs

    Something I also suffer from. I've just read an article on apple cider vinegar, which is meant to help with all sorts of things (including weight loss). Am going to try it, and see how things go - I'll let you know, if you wish!

    Losing the weight will be the best way. I had high bp and was on meds for about ten years. After losing about six stone my the doc took me off all meds!!! My bp is perfect since then. Foods to avoid include all high fat and high salt foods. Do not add salt at all to food as there is plenty added in much if what we eat. Moderate exercise is best to improve health of artery wallso etc. something simple like a 30 min walk every day is brill for it. Lots of luck

    Total loss :116lbs = 63 inches at 31/08/10
    Lipotrim = 87 lbs and 53.5 inches
    GL = 29lbs and 9.5 inches


    Year One 1/09/2009 - 31/08/2010
    Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFR
    Wk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GL
    Goal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!


    Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR losses
    Only major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.


    Year Three 01/09/2011- 31/08/2012
    Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.
    19/03/2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a lttle.
