    Massage?

It's my birthday next week (whoo) and may be going for a spa day somewhere, I've been before but only usually have facials, head massages etc.

I was wondering if anyone on here had had a full body massage/Thai massage?

I'm also hoping to have a body scrub and polish - although no idea what to expect from this! xx

Hmmm... I've never really gotten one of those professionally, and I haven't even heard of a body scrub/polish. But it sounds nice!

A massage shouldn't hurt, it should be a totally relaxing experience - as in so you are almost if not totally asleep...
