Thread: No wine tonight support!!!

Hi,

Was wondering if there was a thread to support people into cutting down drinking. I am abstinent from alcohol for over a year since glass of wine creeped up very gradually to bottle and bottle and a half a night and I was struggling to sleep, to remember things and I was feeling shocking every morning.

It has been long journey but that relief of waking up every morning fresh, to have nice skin with no regret or remorse outweighs the odd craving for a drink.

Anyone else want to cut down, moderate or abstain??

We just started one on the atkins thread. I'm the same, i could easily drink two bottle on a night in front of the tv. I seriously want/need to get this under control.

Have you tried cutting it down, maybe one glass less a night until your down. Do you want to completely stop or cut down? It's hard but gets easier, I used to only buy a bottle of wine thinking I'll just have that. Then I'd get half way through and run to the shop!!! Xxx. Can I join Atkins thread then??
