I only take multivitamin supplements. That's about it.
I very occasionally take alli, it might only be once a week thou. I brought some about six months ago but never actually took them as I thought I would just be cheating myself. I'm now on weight watchers and have lost nearly a stone in six weeks, have maybe taken one alli each week, for instance last week I had an Indian takeaway so took one after that, still counted all the points but alli might help take some of the damage away. I get alot of stomach cramps and the effects can be nasty! I won't be buying anymore once these have all gone x
