    fat stripping pills

    Has anyone tried any fat stripping pills? x

    Started SW 14/5/12

    Targets:
    • Lose 7 pounds (Before June 2012)
    • Lose 1 stone (before July 2012)
    • Lose 1 stone & a Half (Before August 2012)
    • Lose 2 stone (Before September 2012)
    • Go swimming a minimum of twice a week for one month WEEK 1 WEEK 2
    • Start & Complete 30 day shred
    • Be a comfortable size 16 again

    I haven't but two friends have with VERY different results! One ate healthily and found that because she behaved herself and didn't really eat much fat they didn't seem to increase her weight loss by much. The other always has trouble sticking to plan. She had several very unfortunate 'accidents' and altho she did lose a few lbs the side effects were too unpleasant to mention!!

    I think for some ppl the sheer threat of what can happen is enough to keep you off the takeaways! But I'm not sure how effective they are if you already follow a low fat plan? That said like most of us I wouldn't mind an extra few ounces a week coming off!

    the side effects are what worries me with this kind of stuff.. and like you ciaralicious, im not sure what affects it will have on my body..

    BMI Information:
    What about natural fat blockers, Chetosan is made from exoskeletons of crustaceans, like shrimp etc.

    Any body heard or tried this supplemental fiber?
