Never heard of them ... but a man's metabolism isn't necessarily 'better' than ours - they just have more muscle mass than us girlies which burns the fat faster. A bummer I know

Hi Carly, thermobol and all sorts of fatburners usually rely on you working out to have an effect, on their own they won't do a lot. If however you want to exercise, they do help to burn a few more calories and enhance the thermogenesis effect of exercise. hth
