    Hair loss through weight loss

My hair used to be quite thick, well actually it was very thick, now I've lost weight, it's so thin! It's falling out, now my hair is nowhere near as thick as it was, I didn't really mind, until people I know started to comment with things like 'have you thinned your hair?' It hurts now people notice I feel ever so paranoid Will it grow back, or ever get some of the thickness back.

If you are on a very low calorie diet it could cause hair loss - though when you resume a balanced diet it will come back. Sometimes our hair thins naturally with age, each hir becomes finer. It would also be worth checking with your doctor in case it is a hormobe imbalance. Take care.
Here I am almost back at the beginning - what a prat! Still at least I didn't slip ALL the way to the bottom. I think I'll aim for baby steps this time.
