    Would the Pill stop me getting PMT?

    Does anyone take the pill to stop them getting PMT?
    Ever since I had my daughter I get terrible PMT ... not just that I start getting contractions mid cycle and I've gone from a 28 day cycle to 'whatever' (was 23 days this time).

    I feel like I'm a slave to my hormones! So would the pill help me - and which one would you suggest?

    I found my hormone levels where much more balanced. My advice: book in a chat with you gp. There might be other options out. Also have a look for herbal remedies online but dont buy online. Do some research then go to holland and barrett (or similar) to buy to make sure you know what you are getting. X
