    Cod Liver Oil

I've been told I can't have cod liver oil due to fish allergies.

However I find that my joints are achy and I click everywhere, everytime I mention this people suggest Cod Liver Oil, but I can't have it, is there any alternatives that you know off?

Hi hun, have you tried Glucosamine? It’s meant to be really good for achey joints as it helps with the fluid around the joints.

I used to work at Holland and Barrett a couple of years ago and this used to be really popular, we used to sell out of it in minutes when it was on sale.

You should pop into Holland and Barrett and see if they can recommend anything.
What i do know is that if you are on any meds, you have to double check with your doctor if you can use herbal products.

I hope that i have been of some help xx
